Workshop Leading Hand (Agricultural Machinery)

What we’re looking for

A completed technical qualification (e.g. agricultural engineering, ag mechanics, or mechanical engineering)
Proven experience in agricultural machinery or similar heavy equipment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Leadership experience or the ambition to step into a leading role
Flexible attitude and willingness to travel within Australia
Good command of English
Valid driver’s licence

Working Foreman – Silo Construction

Who are we looking for? * Proven experience in construction, preferably in silo or steel structure building * Experience in a foreman, lead hand, or supervisory role * Hands-on mentality with strong technical insight * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong leadership and communication skills * Good command of English (spoken and written) * You have a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel and work in Australia What’s in it for you? * A competitive salary between $32 AUD and $45 AUD per hour, depending on your knowledge and experience * Accommodation arranged near the construction site * Support from our HuizingHarvest colleague, who is there to assist you if needed Interested?
