Are you curious about the possibilities for an internship abroad? HuizingHarvest has a large network in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and America, among others. We can tell you all about it! You’re welcome at our office in Emmen (NL), but of course we can also meet online.
The fact that HuizingHarvest has a large network worldwide is partly due to the fact that our permanent team is active in more than 70 countries worldwide. And to everyone with a passion for the agricultural sector who wants to have an adventure abroad; we are happy to help you find a cool internship and prepare for the adventure. This can be in Europe, but also beyond. Seasonal work during harvest is particularly in demand in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and America. The surface area of these countries is gigantic and the harvest period can also differ within a country (of course also depending on the crop).
The harvest period per country is approximately as follows
To be able to work and/or do an internship in these countries, you need a visa. To start the visa application, it is important that you are at least 18 years old. If you wish, we can guide you through such an application.
Given the long journey and to experience some of the culture and the country in addition to your internship, our advice is to go on this adventure for at least 3 months.
