Who we are

HuizingHarvest works worldwide to support manufacturers and large-scale farms. We operate in more than 70 countries. Our colleagues travel around the world to our customers to perform technical work on agricultural vehicles. Such as commissioning, testing and demonstrating. The complete team consists of about 35 colleagues.

For several years now we have also been based in Australia, where our spacious workshop is located near Melbourne, in New Gisborne (Victoria). Throughout the year we work here on beautiful projects for various agricultural machinery manufacturers. Will you go for this adventurous job?

What do you do as an assembly mechanic?

Together with your colleagues you assemble agricultural machinery, such as very large seeders. In Australia you work in an international team of about 10 employees. Because we are not brand bound, you will gain experience in working on various machines.

Who are we looking for?

Have a passion for the agricultural sector and for agrotechnology
Have technical insight
A good command of the English language
You are at least 18 years old, so you are eligible for a work visa
You have driving license B and preferably also your tractor driving license.

What do we offer you?

A cool adventure in Australia! At HuizingHarvest you will work with different brands and agricultural machinery. You will be part of an enthusiastic team with a passion for the agricultural sector. In Australia our colleague Phil is present to help you on your way.

You will receive an excellent salary of approximately $25 Australian dollar per hour and 10.5% Super (pension). It is also possible to arrange housing near the workplace. We will therefore prepare you as well as possible for your departure to Australia!
Besides housing we can also take care of the work visa application if you wish.

Thanks to our large network, we can also help you find a good address for sowing or harvesting work, preceding or following the work in the workshop.
