What do you do as an employee agrotechnical international projects?

At HuizingHarvest you work on a project basis for various clients such as manufacturers and large-scale agricultural companies. With your expertise you perform technical work on for example tractors, combines and forage harvesters. With manufacturers this often involves testing or demonstrating; with large-scale farms it is more about optimization. You also train farmers and their employees in the proper use and maintenance of the machines.

Because we are brand independent you can develop broadly here. And do you want to focus on something? Then of course you can specialize with us, for example in a particular technique, in managing a team or in testing or demonstrating.

At HuizingHarvest you work a certain number of project hours on an annual basis. This means that in consultation you could combine this with a business at home and be scheduled off during a busier period. The type of projects you are assigned to is always in consultation with you and of course depends on your knowledge and experience. Depending on the project you work independently or in a team.

Sometimes you will be home for a weekend after which you will travel on again, and sometimes for longer. Much is negotiable and we take your wishes into account in the planning. In the winter months there is no fieldwork, so you will be supporting in factories and working on modifications and updates. Or You will be working temporarily in Australia, where we also operate. Since the seasons are opposite, it will be like spring there.

Preferably have a completed college or bachelor in the agricultural/technical field, for example in agriculture, contracting, mechanical or agricultural engineering

What do we offer you?

An employment contract for 40 hours a week
A salary between € 2,300 and € 3,400 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week and depending on your knowledge and experience.

There is also a training budget available for your personal development.
Reimbursement of external expenses you incur, with an additional net daily allowance when you are abroad.
Depending on your own knowledge and interests, it is possible to choose a specialization and focus on a particular client group.
