International Product Support employee

Do you have an affinity and passion for agrotechnology and are you looking for an adventurous job? Our team has room for a Product Support employee. In this role, you will travel the world, perform technical tasks, and work on the latest agricultural machines, which often have yet to hit the market. You also enjoy sharing your acquired knowledge and will be deployed to train operators in the field or provide technical training on location.

Do you like to contribute your technical expertise to the developments in the sector? As a Product Support employee, you will not only use your technical knowledge practically, but you will also be involved in projects to share your knowledge. You will be part of our team of technical specialist who all share a passion for agriculture and mechanical engineering. You will carry out customized projects worldwide for manufacturers and dealers of agricultural machines, arable farms, and startups, focusing on technical support and advice.

Key responsibilities

• Technical support
  You will perform technical tasks on mainly new agricultural machines, including tractors, combines and forage harvesters.
• Problem solving
  Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring optimal machine performance.
• Commissioning and testing
  Commission, test and demonstrate new machinery on-site at various locations abroad.
• Project management
  Work on a project basis, adapting to the specific needs of each client.
• Collaboration
  Collaborate with international teams and clients, maintaining high standards of service and communication
• Provide technical knowledge
  You will be involved in projects to train operators or provide technical knowledge
• Training and development
  Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest advancements in agrotechnology

Qualifications

You have technical knowledge and passion for the agricultural sector. You enjoy adventure and variety in your work and are willing to travel and be away from home for extended periods (at least a few weeks at a time).

• Experience
  Preferably, you have completed secondary vocational eductation or a degree in the agricultural/technical field.
• Language skills
  A good command of at least the English language is required; knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
• Work ethic
  You can adhere to the protocols as they apply in other countries on the work floor.
• Competencies
  You are independent, have a strong sense of responsibility, and think in terms of possibilities.

• A salary between €2314 and €4861 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience.
