Field Technician (Australia)

Are you technically skilled, do you enjoy variety, and can you see yourself working across the vast landscapes of Australia? Then this could be your opportunity. We’re looking for a Field Technician for an innovative player in agricultural machinery, someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and supporting machines in the field.

What will you do?

As a Field Technician, you are the technical link between dealers, end users, and machines. You make sure everything keeps running, literally.

  • Prepare machines for delivery (pre delivery)
  • Troubleshoot issues on new and existing machines
  • Support dealers and customers with technical questions
  • Create service reports and handle warranty claims
  • Assist with demonstrations, field days, and product training

You will also work closely with Territory Managers, supporting aftersales and technical matters related to sprayers and other agricultural equipment.

You will work with advanced, high quality self propelled sprayers and receive solid training and support. No two days are the same, from solving urgent breakdowns to being part of live field demonstrations.

What do you bring?
  • A technical background, for example in agricultural engineering, mechanics or electrical engineering
  • Experience with agricultural machinery, preferably sprayers
  • Strong technical insight and the ability to read schematics and drawings
  • Good communication skills, English is required
  • A customer focused and problem solving mindset
  • A driver’s license and willingness to travel across Australia
