Sales support employee

As Sales Support employee you are part of the projects department of HuizingHarvest Netherlands. HuizingHarvest is an international serviceprovider in the agricultural sector.  Since our founding we have worked on projects in more than 70 different countries on behalf of manufacturers of agricultural machinery and large-scale arable farms. The Sales Support employee is the link where all information from internal and external is processed.

About HuizingHarvest

HuizingHarvest was founded in 2009 and the team consists of about 35 employees. The head office with workshop is located in Emmen and in addition we have a branch in New Gisborne, Australia. Our clients are located worldwide and we are therefore active on a project basis in more than 70 different countries. The main characteristics of our organization and our employees are entrepreneurship, adventure and love for agricultural engineering. The organization is developing rapidly and we encourage employees to be proactive and grow with us.

About the position
It is important that you enjoy liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure that you get all the information you need to perform your duties properly. In this position you will work closely with your commercial colleagues, the technical coordinator projects and the financial administration. Your tasks are very diverse and it is therefore important that you can prioritize well. You will report directly to the COO of HuizingHarvest. The salary indication for this position is between €2400 and €3000 gross per month based on full-time employment of 40 hours per week.
The tasks
  • Completing data of new clients, price lists and projects in our SAPbyD system;
  • Elaborating quotations;
  • Processing hours and checking claims;
  • Processing project reports;
  • Preparing project transfers;
  • Organizing flight tickets and visas of colleagues;
  • Taking care of project related reports.
What we ask of you
  • You have a proven a secondary vocational education or higher professional education;
  • You preferably have work experience in an office environment;
  • You preferably have affinity with the agricultural sector;
  • You speak and write the English language, German is an advantage;
  • You are able to manage data well and present reports well and clearly;
  • You are communicatively strong, meticulous and driven;
  • You are sociable and flexible;
  • You are available for 32 – 40 hours per week;
  • You live within a 20 kilometer radius of Emmen (Drenthe, NL).
